Association Management

• Lakeshore Village is a self-managed Association, guided by a Board of 7 Directors, 4 Officers​, and supported by a full-time Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) and numerous Committees.
• Our two full time maintenance personnel ensure the continued upkeep and quality of our community.

• Quarterly Condominium dues include maintenance of all common areas, facilities, and condo buildings, property and liability insurance, basic cable TV and 200MB internet, and access to community for social activities.
